Hello Wrestling Family!

We never thought we  would miss being in the gym for 30+ hours this upcoming weekend for the Moore Prettyman, but we will!  This email would normally be filled with Moore Prettyman information, but instead we would like to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.

Please enjoy this upcoming week with your families whether if it is virtual or in-person!

We hope to have more information for you regarding workouts at BHS after the holidays.

Be safe!

Coach Udchik

Hello Wrestling Family!

As you know, the wrestling season has been moved from April 19th-June 26th.   This means if we ARE able to have a season, wrestling will continue after the school year is officially over (roughly for a month).  Please keep this in mind when planning your summer vacations!

We don't have any updates with workouts at the high school, but there is a local wrestling opportunity over the months of November and December:

Several MSL school will be having open mats at LCCT Jiu-Jitsu in Schaumburg.  Open mats are NOT sponsored by BHS and it is at your own risk, (there is a waiver to sign).  The session runs November 17th-December 29th and the workouts are Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday.  Please click the links below for informations:

Hello Wrestling Family!

Not much on the update front...we are working with the Athletic Director to get into the wrestling gym and weight room. The A.D. did tell all of the head coaches that open gym (mats) will most likely not happen until after the first of the year.

That being said, there is an opportunity beginning this week in Schaumburg.  Please see the flyer and waiver below.  The open mats will run until the new year and will mostly likely be the only time to get on the mat until April.  The open mats are NOT sponsored by the high school, but the coaching staff IS allowed to stop by.

Hello Bronco Family!

I hope you are well on this chilly Sunday!

In case you missed our Mat Club meeting last Thursday, the IHSA has decided to move wrestling to the summer season. The tentative season will run from April 19th to June 26th so please plan accordingly.  We are currently working out scheduling details with the athletic department and the MSL so stay tuned for more...

Our contact days have ended, but we are also working out the details for weight lifting and open mats if and when we are allowed.

We will keep you all updated as we know more.

Thanks,

Coach Ud
