Hello Wrestling Family!

We had a productive wrestling weekend with the varsity team going 4-1 on the weekend and beating conference rivals Conant and Fremd along the way. This brings our division record to 4-0 and our overall record to 20-1.

 The freshman and sophomores took 2nd overall in the Bartlett tournament with many wrestlers placing (Sorry my phone is currently misplaced with Coach Hoving's results posted there :( ).  I can tell you that Zach Meyer was the CHAMPION at the 160 lb. weight class.

Weekly schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and FRIDAY: Practice after school in the wrestling gym

Thursday:  ALL levels are @ HOME vs. Schaumburg...this is also "SENIOR NIGHT" so please come out to support the Broncos

Saturday:  Varsity is at Neuqua Valley for a mega dual/JV is @ Home for a quad/Freshman are at at Niles West...all meets begin at 9 A.M.

Important Information

**Please go to Bhswrestling.org to sign up for volunteer shifts for the JV Conference we are hosting on 2/1/20.  We would like parents to sign up for a shift and to do so please click on "Mat Club" then "Volunteer"

**  Save the date:  Please "save the date" for our summer wrestling camp at the University of Wisconsin-Madison...the dates of the camp are June 14th-June 17th and you can click on the link below for more information.  Camp is open to any incoming freshman and above.  Our junior high and high school camp will be the preceding week and more information on that is to follow.

** We will be keeping with our tradition and ordering conference shirts for the boys.  Shirts are $20 and sizes are due to Coach Horcher by this Wendesday

** The freshman and JV season officially ends on February 1st but the boys are encouraged to keep attending practice to help the varsity train and to prepare for the Frosh/Soph State Series....information on the Frosh/Soph state will be coming from Coach Hoving in the coming weeks
