Hello BHS wrestling families!
The wrestling season is just around the corner! The season officially begins Monday November 6. Our practices will run from 3:45-5:45
Your son/daughter MUST have both of the following in order to be eligible for the season -
1. First, please make sure his/her physical is current. The physical gets submitted to the athletic office, NOT the nurse or the wrestling coaches. You can email the physical to Linda Ray at
2. You son/daughter must fill out the athletic participation survey in HIS/HER Infinite Campus Portal. Once in the portal he/she should go to:
Message center > Survey > Athletic Participation...he/she should complete the winter athletic participation survey
Our next Mat Club meeting will be held via zoom on Tuesday November 7 at 7 PM. The link will be sent out closer to the meeting date.
Code Night is scheduled for Thursday, November 9 at 6:30pm at BHS (location TBD). It is mandatory for a parent to attend Code Night along with your wrestler.
Once again we will be hosting our annual Moore Prettyman Tournament over the Thanksgiving Weekend. The Moore Prettyman is one of the premier tournaments in the state and we could not run it without PARENT support. All families are required to volunteer for at least one shift. More information to follow on specific time slots, but help will be needed on Wednesday Nov. 23, Friday Nov. 25 and Saturday Nov. 26. We are working on a SignUpGenius volunteer list. A detailed email will be sent in the near future with the link to volunteer.
Don't forget to order from the gear shop by October 29 for delivery before the first tournament. All wrestlers will receive black and red tshirts, but feel free to order more gear for the wrestler and/or family members! http://Wrestling2023bhs.
