Here are some important calendar reminders…
*The 2023-24 wrestling season officially begins Monday November 6. Practices will run from 3:45-5:45. Please remember that your wrestler must have a current physical on file in order to wrestle. You can email the physical to Linda Ray at
A representative from Dick Pond Athletics will be at practice next Monday and Tuesday with shoes, head gear, mouth guards, knee pads, etc. for sale. Parents can either send money with their wrestler or come at that time to help shop.

*IMPORTANT- there has been a change to the mandatory code night meeting. It will now be on Wednesday November 8 at 6:30pm in the BHS cafeteria. It is mandatory for a parent to attend Code Night along with your wrestler.
*Don’t forget to sign up for volunteering at our first tournament using this link. BHS wrestling will host the Moore Prettyman tournament on Friday November 24 and 25 (with prep work on Wednesday November 22). Thank you to those that have signed up already. All parents are required to sign up for AT LEAST 1 spot (preferably more). Don’t worry-you will not miss seeing your wrestler… someone will cover your shift. This is a very large tournament and we need all hands on deck (freshman through senior parents) to make this a success.
