Please see below for an email that Coach Keller sent to all wrestlers on Friday regarding off season wrestling and practices. 

Guys who got 3 days of lifting in this week please email me on Sunday and I will give you points on the offseason sheet.  Also if anyone attended club practices this week email me where and how many on Sunday and I will give you points on the spreadsheet.  A lot of this system is going to be based on honors system because I have no way to be at multiple different clubs or in the weight room all day to see if you are being honest.  I hope I can trust all of you to be honest about what workouts you are getting in.

      Next week we will start our wrestling offseason lifting.  All wrestlers who are not already lifting with another program (track or football for example) should report to the , hustle down ASAP so we can get in and out.  Coach Kuiper will be in the weight room and have a program for you to follow and be able to show you any lifts you don't understand.  I will do my best to pop over as well when I leave Station but now that our season has ended I can't leave until 3:40 on most days.  If we want to take the next step as a program we have to be committed to the weight room, these lifts are optional but if you want to be the program we have talked about being we should have great attendance at these lifts. 

    Also, starting next week we will lose the wrestling room after school to baseball.  For those guys who are looking to get practices in but aren't doing a club we have a couple options.  The Bronco Wrestling Club said you guys are welcome to come there to get a workout in, especially those who are in Frosh/Soph state series.  They will be practicing next week 6:45 - 8:15 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Also Coach Sehnart said he will have access to Harper wrestling room next week and if you have a USA wrestling card you can go there on Tuesday and Thursday from 6 - 7:30 pm for a workout.
